Service Description
1. Telephone System Management: - Manage important calls and voicemail messages. 2. Inquiry Direction: - Direct all internal and external inquiries, whether in person or on the telephone, to appropriate team members. 3. Collaboration and Communication: - Work cooperatively with all division-wide departments and colleagues. - Maintain a shared calendar detailing front desk coverage activity. - Communicate timely and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor or appropriate persons. 4. Administrative Tasks: - Exhibit initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to make reasonable decisions in the absence of direction. - Handle travel arrangements, scheduling, expense reporting, and conference room reservations. - Manage data entry and documents through indexing, filing, copying, scanning, faxing, and composing/proofreading correspondence. 5. Directory Updates: - Deliver accurate, thorough, and detailed updates to all division directories on a monthly basis. 6. Event Assistance: - Assist with all aspects of the successful execution of simulation center meetings and events. 7. Building Maintenance Monitoring: - Monitor janitorial and building maintenance needs for the center. - Enter maintenance tickets in the property management database as needed or requested for facility/building issues. This role requires a combination of communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to effectively manage front desk operations and provide administrative support for the simulation center's activities and events.
