Service Description

1. Analysis and Research: - Analyze and research functional specifications from internal and external sources, identifying HR best practices. - Translate findings into actionable business requirements. 2. Requirement Definition and Prioritization: - Define project requirements and manage priorities to ensure effective project functioning. - Align projects with HR strategy, customer needs, and compliance requirements. 3. Portfolio Management: - Manage the portfolio of HR projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. - Prioritize projects based on business needs. 4. Communication and Collaboration: - Maintain ongoing communication with customers, development staff, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence (COEs). - Address outstanding projects and respond to customer requests. 5. Testing and Documentation: - Perform testing and document new system features. - Develop and run analyses, including critical path assessments and ad hoc requests. 6. Process Improvement: - Conduct workflow analysis for HR processes, identifying non-value added steps. - Propose and implement new process improvements. 7. Project Planning and Implementation: - Develop detailed project plans, obtain management sign-offs, and supervise implementation. - Act as a resource for project members, coordinating and directing project team activities. 8. Training: - Develop and participate in customer/user classroom training. 9. Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain project logs, time sheets, and other project-related documents. - Provide timely and accurate updates to management. 10. Budget Responsibility: - May have some budget responsibility, requiring financial oversight for assigned projects.
