Service Description

Tracking and responding to patient complaints received by phone, mail, email, fax, and social media. Often communicating with patients directly to resolve the issues and follow up when necessary. We can escalate patient complaints to the appropriate individual based on the nature of the issue.   Create a positive patient experience through actively listening, understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating in a friendly manner, and handling patients with a consummately professional attitude. We will meet and maintain established departmental performance metrics for production and quality with internal team members while adhering to all compliance guidelines set forth by practice or entity.
