Service Description

1. Physician Contract Analysis: - Analyze new and existing physician contracts, considering modifications to contract language, compensation models, and amounts. - Utilize tools FMV tools to determine allowable payment methodologies. 2. Contract Preparation: - Prepare information and collaborate with Executive Assistants to create appropriate contracts in Upside. 3. Acquisition and Development Support: - Initiate approval of concept forms and work with appraisers and the development department on all aspects of new acquisitions, including FMVs of compensation, assets, real estate, etc. - Collaborate with physicians and their staff on FMV data gathering. 4. Project Management: - Manage all development and contracting projects systematically, keeping track of the status and next steps for all action items. 5. Communication and Collaboration: - Communicate effectively with multiple departments, including development, operations, finance, and others, keeping them informed about project statuses and supporting their needs. - Regularly follow up with internal and customer contacts to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Market Business Plans: - Understand market for new practice acquisitions and ensure successful onboarding processes, including hand-offs to practice implementations. 7. Customer Relations: - Establish and maintain a good working relationship with individuals at practices and leadership. - Address issues efficiently and inform the Operations VP of any problems that may arise. 8. Adherence to Code of Conduct: - Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement” of any organization. 9. Coordination and Information Exchange: - Coordinate with others, including personnel in company branches, to exchange information and update controls. Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned. This role encompasses a blend of analytical, project management, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on ensuring the success of physician contracts, acquisitions, and related projects.
