Service Description
1. Onboarding Providers: - Assist in onboarding providers by facilitating credentialing and enrollment processes as needed. 2. Accreditation Preparation: - Contribute to the preparation for accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and requirements. 3. Human Resources Onboarding: - Initiate Human Resources onboarding processes for new hires. - Prepare Personnel Action Requests (PARs) for various HR-related activities such as new hires, terminations, transfers, and other necessary actions. 4. Provider Relations: - Maintain positive relationships for providers. - Act as the main point of contact for providers, addressing their needs and concerns. 5. Liaison Between Departments: - Serve as a liaison between providers and various departments, including Credentialing and Enrollment, Human Resources, HRAnswers, and Workforce Administration. - Facilitate communication and coordination between these departments to ensure smooth processes for providers. 6. Orientation and Systems Access: - Assist in scheduling orientation sessions for new providers. - Ensure new providers have proper access to necessary systems. Emergency Shift Coverage: - Assist the market in covering emergency shifts, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to unexpected staffing needs.
